TW Europe processes personal data to provide its services and to communicate with customers and website visitors. Personal data may include:

• Name, company name and job title
• Email address and telephone number
• Billing and delivery address
• IP address and website usage data
• Camera surveillance images at our premises

TW Europe does not process special categories of personal data such as political opinions, religious beliefs or health data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Execution of agreements and order administration
• Customer communication and support
• Website improvement and analytics
• Marketing and business development (with consent where required)
• Security and fraud prevention

Processing is based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate business interests, or explicit consent.

4. Data retention

• Administrative records: 7 years
• Camera surveillance images: max. 14 days
• Other personal data: up to 5 years

In the event of potential legal liability, data may be retained for up to 20 years in accordance with Dutch civil law.

5. Sharing of personal data

Personal data is only shared with processors acting on behalf of TW Europe, or when legally required. Data may be transferred outside the EU only when appropriate safeguards are in place.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectification or deletion of data
• Restriction or objection to processing
• Data portability (where applicable)

Requests can be submitted via [email protected]. We will respond within four weeks. Complaints may be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This website uses functional and analytical cookies. Functional cookies are required for proper website operation. Analytical cookies (Google Analytics) are used in a privacy-friendly manner, with IP anonymization enabled and a processing agreement in place.
